The American Heart Association’s Long Island Annual Heart & Stroke Ball will be celebrating its 57th year on Thursday, November 13, 2019 at the Garden City Hotel. The Long Island Heart & Stroke Ball is an annual social event held to celebrate outstanding accomplishments of individuals and companies in the area of cardiovascular science and leadership in wellness.
This year’s event will be chaired by Wynne Nowland, CEO, Bradley & Parker, Inc. along with Medical Co-Chairs; Peter Fromm, MPH, RN, FACHE, FAHA Administrator, Cardiology Service Line Mount Sinai South Nassau & Beth Oliver, DNP, RN Senior Vice President of Cardiac Services Mount Sinai Health System. The 57th Annual Heart Ball will honor Medical Honoree Valentin Fuster, MD, PhD Director, Physician-in-Chief, Mount Sinai Heart Executive Leader, American Heart Association, NYC and Corporate Honorees Thomas & Nanci Dufek, Dufek and Associates, CFOforaday®.

The Heart & Stroke Ball is expected to have more than 500 attendees from the Long Island medical and corporate community. The evening will include dinner, dancing and a silent auction offering an exciting assortment of generously donated items.
